Problems/ Issues

Though there were some delays in initiating the project activities in Sri Lanka and India, the national project teams from these two countries were able to expedite the implementation of the project activities. However in spite of several follow-ups to Sri Lanka, final reports for Components 1 and 2 have not yet been submitted.

In Bangladesh, one team member has taken leave from Bangladesh Agricultural University and the Center is working with the University to find a replacement.

The Project team of WorldFish does not foresee any major issues that are likely to hinder the smooth implementation of the project. The project activities are expected to be completed as scheduled.
