After the flood - restoring aquaculture in Bangladesh - An article by New Agriculturalist explains how poor communities in Bangladesh can utilise aquaculture as a means of survival following disasters such as the recent Cyclone that devestated the area. Dispite the cyclone damaging many of the fish ponds that much of the country use as a source of income and food,  and the seemingly vulnerable nature of fish ponds to natural disasters, WorldFish was able to work with local communities to quickly turn around their dire situation.
