“Clear scientific consensus is forming on the impact of dams on the Mekong and its tributaries” said Dr. Blake Ratner, WorldFish Program Leader in Governance at a seminar hosted by the Stimson Center on 24 April 2012. Stimson brought together a diverse group of experts to discuss their recent report, Mekong Turning Point: Shared River for a Shared Future and broader issues concerning the construction of hydropower dams on the Mekong River and major tributaries.
