Policies, institutions, and markets to strengthen food security and incomes for the rural poor

The program will establish how to overcome the challenges of high and still raising food prices and policies, institutions, and markets failures, further challenged by climate change and natural resource scarcity. Its goal is to use policies, institutions, and markets most effectively to reduce poverty, improve food security, and grow small producers’ incomes.
