The
Training of Trainers (TOT) aims to enhance the
delivery skills of coastal zone management trainers.
It supports the technical integrated coastal zone

technical training workshops, potential trainers
are selected to undergo the TOT to assure the
constant availability of trainers, multiplicity
and continuity of the training activities beyond
the current project life.
