Do you want to make a difference? Do you want to improve the lives of the poor?

WorldFish is an international, nonprofit research organization that harnesses the potential of fisheries and aquaculture to reduce hunger and poverty. Since 1971, WorldFish has been recognized as a global expert on fisheries and aquaculture.

WorldFish provides a dynamic, multicultural work environment that reflects our values of gender equality, teamwork and respect for diversity. We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages. We also support flexible work arrangements.

You do not need specialist knowledge of fisheries or aquaculture to work at WorldFish. We seek people with exceptional enthusiasm, ability and character. Finding the right people is our most important goal.
