Groupe de Recherches et d'Echanges Technologiques (GRET) (French; Group For Research and Technology Exchanges) is a non-governmental association supporting international cooperation, professional solidarity and poverty reduction in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America. Formed in the late 1970s, it activities include running field projects, research, and managing information and exchange networks. GRET’s priorities include: sustainable food and agriculture; microfinance and small enterprise; and public policies and international regulations. The group is mainly funded by the European Union, the World Bank, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the French Development Agency.
