Often described as a powerhouse of strategic vision, creativity, and innovation, Tana is a passionate storyteller. In 2020, she was the recipient of the prestigious fellowship on Strategy and Innovation by the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, awarded to Exceptional Women Leaders.  In addition, she received the 2020 Distinguished Alumna Award by the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society in the USA. The award recognizes past high-achieving university students— across all academic disciplines—who graduated in the top 10 percent in the USA and have used their academic excellence and scholarship to build a career of outstanding service and leadership for the greater good.
