On Tuesday, 8 June 2021, WorldFish’s Global Lead in Nutrition and Public Health, Shakuntala Thilsted, who is the Vice Chair of the UN Food Systems Summit’s Action Track 4 on ‘Advancing Equitable Livelihoods’ and recent 2021 World Food Prize Laureate, presented her keynote presentation on the role of aquatic foods in advancing human health.
