To celebrate this year's International Day of Women and Girls in Science, CGIAR's Women in Research and Science (WIRES), a vibrant new voluntary employee-led resource group (ERG), will host an interactive fireside to share solutions for championing and supporting women research and science professionals by ensuring their voices are heard and contributions recognized.

Follow the journey of two CGIAR women as they will share their journeys, enablers, obstacles, and contributions to achieving gender equality in science and innovation, from the lab to the field to the office.
