The Western Indian Ocean Marine Science Association (WIOMSA) Scientific Symposium is a leading regional platform that brings together scientists, government representatives, and community stakeholders from across the Western Indian Ocean. This year’s event will feature presentations, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
WorldFish's Asia-Africa BlueTech Superhighway (AABS) project under the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Climate and Ocean Adaptation and Sustainable Transition (COAST) program, will hold special sessions showcasing its achievements across all Work Packages, encouraging cross-country knowledge exchange, and strengthening collaboration towards marine conservation and blue economy goals.
The participation will help share AABS results with a wider audience and create opportunities for strategic engagement with governments, partners, and other key stakeholders.
